We decided to leave the room for a few hours because we was unable to handle the heat in the room. Was dying to watch the episode of love island but only had 3 channels on the Tele. if you could see out past all the condensation! There was not a towel in sight the light was hanging with all wires hanging out. Our room was stinking of damp the windows there was a gorgeous view. When I Finally proved my payment on the way to our room there was a vase at the top of the stairs what clearly hadn't been washed in MONTHS. Then I was still told i had to pay again because that's not enough proof. I paid online and was told I had not paid and to show my bank statement because booking confirmation was not enough ? The man on reception was so rude i couldnt believe it. When I finally walked in oh it STUNK like sewer water but worse. Absolute Joke should be reported to trading standards!…ĭo NOT I repeat do NOT stay at this hotel!! Nothing but a bad experience since the minute we entered the car park.

Man on reception seemed surprised we were leaving so soon when he wasn't even going to let us in the night before. Even the FAKE flowers were in water that looked very much like WEE! Needless to say we checked out the next morning and into another hotel. Would not have felt comfortable leaving personal items in the room if gone out on a day trip. One cup for 4 people (not that i would have used it), no soap, mirror was NOT a mirror. Rooms not any better, beds squeaked every time someone moved, guard rail on top bunk was very loose and dirty. Eventually gave us our keys or 6 were sleeping in the car! Rooms were extremely old fashioned nothing like the photos I originally saw when booking, lesson learn't always check Trip Advisor first! Reception smelt like a smoking room not a good start. Turns out they didn't understand the T&Cs between them and. When i called (who were very helpful) to complain they called the hotel whilst i was there and he answered the phone straight away! I had been trying to contact them all day to say we would not be arriving at 9-10 pm as originally thought as stuck in traffic. After a 6 hour car trip from the South we were greeted by a rude foreign man saying we had not paid and I had to pay again. Possibly the worst hotel in Blackpool! They never answer the phone or email.
